No two days are the same in our friendly and supportive team. You must have sound nursing knowledge, extensive experience, and excellent communication skills. Person Specification
Education and Training (Essential)
* Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult / General / Mental Health
Desirable
* Mentorship, supervision, teaching, assessing experience or training
Qualifications (Essential)
* Knowledge of current healthcare issues
* Knowledge of clinical governance, audit, risk management, and quality agenda
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Competence in clinical practice (e.g., phlebotomy, ECG monitoring)
* Experience managing deteriorating patients in complex environments
Desirable
* Experience in a Health & Justice environment
* Experience in health needs assessment or triage
* Working to Patient Group Directives
* Experience in general practice or minor injuries management
* Experience with SystmOne or willingness to train
