The Role: Supply Chain Planning Analyst
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our busy Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure smooth supply chain operations, manage supplier performance, resolve product and supplier issues, and mitigate inventory-related risks.
This role involves communicating operational product, supply, and service issues to relevant stakeholders, and planning effectively for promotions, seasonal demand, and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage suppliers and distributors to meet performance KPIs, ensuring product availability and quality.
2. Oversee inventory and forecasting to reduce waste and plan seasonal demands.
3. Manage product lifecycle, including new introductions and discontinuations.
4. Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
5. Communicate product and volume information to relevant teams.
6. Plan promotional activities and manage forecasts accordingly.
7. Support onboarding of new suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
8. Manage pricing files and advise on routes to market.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and issue resolution skills.
3. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
4. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
5. Excellent numeracy, logical thinking, and communication skills; adaptable to changing needs and deadlines.
