Responsibilities
:
1. Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensurepliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Provide timely and accurate advice to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and implications for the business.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of existing and proposed business activities to identify potentialpliance issues and rmend appropriate actions.
4. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensurepliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to addresspliance-related issues and implement solutions.
6. Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions as required.
7. Conduct training sessions to educate employees onpliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
8. Monitor and review internal processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
9. Experience of regulatorypliance from an asset management ormodities environment
10. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including but not limited to [specify relevant regulations, such as GDPR, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank Act, etc.].
11. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assessplex regulatory issues and develop practical solutions.
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
13. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
14. Attention to detail and amitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
