<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>As an Occupational Health Associate (OHA) you will be responsible for a full range of occupational health duties, including case management and mandatory, regulatory and general fitness medicals such as rail industry medicals, safety critical medicals, health surveillance, train drivers medicals, HAVS 3 (added advantage), and health and wellbeing services.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Health and be on Part 3 of the NMC Register, with evidence of continual professional development.</li><li>A qualification in Hand‑Arm Vibration and experience of collecting samples for drug and alcohol testing using chain‑of‑custody protocols.</li><li>Ability to carry out medicals and surveillance including audiometry, spirometry, skin assessment, HAVS and safety critical medicals.</li></ul><h3>Equal Opportunity Statements</h3><p>Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to employee diversity and we provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities.</p></div>
