Corporate Sales Director - Country Choice
Location: National
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Director to join the Country Choice Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves leading the Corporate Sales team to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and capex targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously reviewing the corporate sales strategy across the core convenience and foodservice sectors. This includes critical networking and relationship building within the wider Sysco business to embed Country Choice concepts.
The role has a national scope and oversees a team of 14, including 2 Controllers, 8 Corporate Account Managers, 2 Foodservice Sales Managers, and 2 New Business specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and margin results within the retail convenience sector to contribute significantly to company profitability.
2. Set and align the corporate customer sales strategy and objectives to achieve annual targets, including joint business plans with individual customers.
3. Utilize regional networks and foodservice trainers to implement customer plans, leveraging Salesforce for pipeline building, forecasting, and business planning.
4. Develop and execute the sales strategy for Country Choice's long-term growth initiatives, promoting CC concepts within Sysco GB foodservice segments through team selling.
5. Build and develop the team to maximize opportunities, drive new business, and implement cross-functional processes for effective collaboration.
6. Ensure talent development through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career planning.
7. Promote a growth mindset and positive change culture aligned with Sysco’s values and strategic goals.
