Contract: Full time – September start
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons across year groups.
* Work closely with students to encourage confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
* Providing 1:1 support.
* Assist in creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment.
* Provide tailored support for children with additional learning needs.
* Help with classroom preparation, activities, and learning resources.
* Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to enhance the school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting.
* A passion for supporting young learners in their academic and personal development.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
* Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
