This role is part of the Marketing Team and you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver and continuously improve the social media strategy. As you adopt a test and learn approach, you'll help to identify opportunities to grow customer engagement and awareness.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Create brand-led, engaging multimedia content for our social media channels and execute to support online sales, store footfall and sales
* Monitor our online presence and report on campaigns, activity and trends, using that data and insight to improve and optimise performance
* Create content for competitions and campaigns to create brand awareness
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
* Competitor and topical content social media monitoring, outlining reactive topics to jump on the back of and conversational pieces within the jewellery industry
* Future thinking - keeping up to date with new marketing technologies, identifying new campaigns and revenue opportunities
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar role or currently studying for a Marketing related degree is necessary
* Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life
* Proven ability to create engaging content for social media
* Excellent communication skills
* Efficient and focused
* Can do attitude
* An understanding of how to capture the target audience through the latest trends
