Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to take on the role of Assistant Headteacher. This pivotal role involves working closely with the Headteacher to provide strategic leadership and ensure high standards of academic excellence, student welfare, and staff development within our school community. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. As part this role you will oversee behaviour and work closely with the Safeguarding team, Pastoral team and the SENDCo. The specific role and responsibilities will depend on the experience and aspirations of the individual appointed, but this role will initially not be class based.
