We are searching for a Deputy Home Manager to join our wonderful team at out Picton Court care home, Porthcawl.
This is an ongoing temporary role offering 36 hours per week, salary to be discussed at interview.

What you'll do
Supporting the Home Manager to achieve consistent delivery of excellent person-centred care for our residents, you'll be working alongside the Home Manager and colleagues to ensure that the home is operating to the highest standards of care and service as well as ensuring the Home is compliant in going above and beyond the National Minimum Standards of Care Homes. The Deputy Manager will play an active part in the management of the home with particular emphasis on clinical nursing leadership.
What you'll need
You'll need demonstrable relevant experience in either a care home setting or caring for the elderly and have a strong knowledge of the care sector with a good understanding of care home regulations. You will hold a QCF Level 5 or equivalent. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to communicate at all levels as well as have the ability to form positive relationships. You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in using digital payroll systems.

Where you will be working
Picton Court Nursing home in Porthcawl offers high quality care in beautiful surroundings. Providing residential accommodation for older people (male and female) aged 65+. Picton Court comprises of 76 bedrooms with en- suite facilities. The home is registered to offer nursing and residential care.
