Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Building Control Surveyor, requiring a combination of on-site work in Fleet and the flexibility to work from home. The position involves conducting building control inspections.
The surveyor will ensure compliance with the Building regulations and provide expert guidance to clients throughout various stages of development projects.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Building Control Surveying and performing plan checks and statutory site inspections Qualified and registered Class2A-F
* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Relevant professional qualifications in Building Surveying.
* Familiarity with current building regulations and legislative requirements.
* Chartership or progress toward professional accreditation is an advantage.
