The Role
Reporting directly to the Digital Director this role will focus on driving results across a number of large national B2C clients through data-led, innovative paid digital campaigns. You will be responsible for managing a team of five who will be developing and executing performance strategies across paid media channels (both search and social), ensuring measurable success and client satisfaction.
Youll be fostering a high performance culture while providing day to day guidance, strategic direction and ongoing development, ensuring the team delivers best in class campaigns, leveraging insights and creative thinking to maximise performance.
Youll oversee the planning, execution, optimisation and analysis of paid digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on audience understanding, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement.
