In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 25h per week with 1 in 6 Saturdays and bank holidays on a rota
* Booking appointments, operations
* Arriving clients for surgeries
* Dispensing medication
* Phone and email queries
* Taking payments
* Being confident about discussing finance
* Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
* Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.
