Job Overview
A Regional Facilities Manager opportunity has arisen to lead the total facilities management (TFM) delivery across 10 sites in a region.
This is an excellent chance for a self-motivated leader to take full ownership of operations, delivering excellence in Hard and Soft FM services.
The successful candidate will be expected to work out of one site (2-3 days per week) and may require some ad-hoc travel. They will then have the flexibility to work from home when not in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a regional team, managing services including Cleaning, Security, and Maintenance
* Oversee statutory compliance and planned/reactive maintenance
* Act as the key point of contact for client contract management
* Support and develop Assistant Facilities Manager and on-site staff
* Maintain top-tier service standards and identify opportunities for value improvement
* Provide oversight of small projects as needed
About You:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in Facilities Management (TFM or Hard FM), ideally in government or similar sectors.
* Relevant FM qualifications;
* Service and customer orientated, with commercial mindset
* Strong team leadership, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of FM compliance, legislation, and operational excellence
* IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent
* IWFM or equivalent industry membership (desirable)
* Ability to obtain BPSS Security Clearance
