About the Role
As a Senior Order Processor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the smooth flow of orders across Kingswood Mobility Group. You'll oversee the full order cycle — from raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers to liaising with internal teams — ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Your role will be key in supporting Sales, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes and maintain our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule all internal and external orders across the Group.
· Process customer and internal business orders, keeping the Manufacturing team updated.
· Raise purchase and work orders as required by other departments.
· Liaise with suppliers and place orders for consumables (fabric, foam, mechanisms, etc.).
· Maintain accurate stock data and supplier price lists.
· Process returns, production data, Work in Progress (WIP) reporting and payroll-related inputs.
· Support stocktake reporting, stain guard remedial processes and departmental administration.
· Provide cross-departmental support during staff absence or peak business periods.
· Handle incoming calls and post professionally and efficiently.
· Actively suggest process improvements to enhance performance.
What We're Looking For?
· Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
· Confident communicator able to liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
· Experience in order processing, stock control or operations (preferred but not essential).
· Proficiency with CRM systems or similar order management tools.
· A proactive, solution-focused team player who thrives in a busy environment.

Shift Patterns:
* 40 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid lunch break
* Monday–Thursday 07:00am–16:00pm
* Early finish every Friday at 13:00pm.
