This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional or experienced account manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships within a fast-paced, supportive environment. The Role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will act as the key point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building strong and lasting relationships Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services Act as the primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reporting Work towards and exceed sales and retention targets The Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role or at least 1 year in an account management position Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Results-driven with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes What's on Offer Competitive base salary ( Circa £35,000 ) Opportunity to work with a well-established and growing organisation Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Skills: Account Management Internal Sales Benefits: Fantastic benefits package
