We’re looking for a General Manager for a popular food-led premium pub. Salary up to £45k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston's is one of the UK's largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We’re seeking a great General Manager to lead the team at The Lost Coins, Haverfordwest, and drive success.

The pub
The Lost Coins is a popular signature food pub, situated in a prominent location near the A40/Fishguard road with nearby retail park and large Withybush hospital. The interior is contemporary and traditional, with a central bar and log fires. It has capacity for up to 2,000 covers for diners and currently averages £35k weekly sales with a 40/60 wet-to-dry mix. A strong and stable pub team exists in both front of house and back of house. Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms above the pub.

Qualifications and expectations
The successful General Manager will have experience running a high-volume, high-revenue, premium dining venue. You should thrive on growing the business, have a lead-from-the-front mentality, and a passion for nurturing your team.
