Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager, Service Manager or Service Sales Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients. This role is commercially driven, you will be growing an established division, account managing over 100 existing clients to increase revenue.
