Blair West are supporting One Utility Bill to find a Head of Sales.
This is a newly created leadership role within the Growth function, reporting into the Director of Growth & Sales, designed to strengthen the management structure during a period of rapid expansion.
The position sits at the forefront of B2C revenue generation, leading a newly restructured team to drive performance across multiple sales channels.
The opportunity:
* Develop and execute a scalable B2C sales strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets.
* Own the B2C sales P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and return on investments.
* Lead and optimise performance across Retentions, Self Sign‑Up, and Referral Partner channels.
* Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead conversion through to revenue generation.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Support to enhance conversion and retention.
* Leverage CRM data and insights to identify opportunities, improve performance, and mitigate risks.
* Build alignment between sales execution and wider business growth objectives.Act as a senior stakeholder across multiple departments to ensure cohesive delivery of sales strategy.
* Represent the business externally to strengthen partnerships and drive brand awareness.
You’ll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Proven experience leading B2C sales functions with full ownership of revenue targets and P&L.
* A strong track record of delivering growth through multi-channel sales strategies.
* Experience managing and developing high‑performing Sales Managers and leadership teams.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
* Strong understanding of sales operations, processes, and performance optimisation.
* Experience working cross‑functionally to align sales with marketing, partnerships, and operations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling business environment.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
* Experience identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities or market trends.
