Paralegal - Dispute Resolution & Property Litigation
Location: Farnham, Surrey

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with over 100 employees across three offices. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation team in Farnham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is a graduate with previous Dispute Resolution and/or Property litigation work experience gained in the legal sector. You will be working closely with two experienced Partners, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of high-quality dispute resolution and property litigation matters.
Your role
1. Liaising with clients, opposing solicitors, litigants in person, court staff, and Counsel via telephone and email
2. Preparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations
3. Drafting court documents for both County Court and High Court proceedings
4. Supporting fee earners with drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to Counsel
