Learning Support Assistant - Secondary

TimePlan Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in the search for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young people access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
* Help students access the curriculum through encouragement and tailored support.
* Work closely with teaching staff to support progress and engagement.
* Assist with classroom routines, interventions and behaviour support where needed.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience supporting young people in a secondary school setting.
* Be patient, proactive and committed to helping pupils succeed.
* Be confident building rapport with students and staff.
