Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors, working on projects in the South and South East of Englandbased in Canterbury. Daily tasks include pre and post contract cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure project costs are managed effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management and Contract administration
* Experience with the NEC forms of contract
* Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant professional qualifications and certifications
* Prior experience in construction or a related field is advantageous
