Job Description
This is a brand new role at a market leading and truly dynamic hospitality business based in the West End. We are looking for an experienced and talented EA to support at C-Suite level. The role has huge scope to grow so this is a role for someone on a trajectory to becoming a senior EA. They offer hybrid working and a genuinely fantastic family-focused culture. This EA role will support a number of Directors who sit on the Executive Board and will be based in the Head Office. It is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The right candidate will be a natural team player, deeply organised, down to earth, bright, quick, accurate and will possess heaps of emotional intelligence.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
Executive Support
\t
* Manage complex and frequently changing diaries, ensuring optimal time management and prioritisation.
\t
* Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including multi-stop itineraries, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
\t
* Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing documents and support materials as required.
\t
* Undertake confidential administrative duties with discretion and professionalism.
\t
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
Event & Meeting Coordination
\t
* Plan, organise, and deliver internal and external events, including leadership offsites, department meetings, town halls, Head Office meetings and events.
\t
* Manage logistics, catering, schedules, and communication for key events.
\t
* Support coordination of Executive Director relevant department activities, ensuring high standards of execution.
Office & Team Support
\t
* Work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and support with cover as required.
\t
* Build strong working relationships with Reception and across departments and with external partners.
\t
* Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise – think outside the box and how actions could impact people.
\t
* Support wider administrative processes to help maintain an efficient, well-organised executive function.
\t
* Maintain and uphold company values in all interactions, helping to foster a warm and collaborative culture.
Skills & Experience
\t
* Previous experience as an EA supporting Board level Executives, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
\t
* Proven experience managing complex diaries and international travel.
\t
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
\t
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
\t
* High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
\t
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
\t
* Confident using Microsoft Office and modern workplace systems. Up to date with relevant
\t
* technology.
