Key responsibilities

- Ownership of live sales pipeline activity (<30K).
- Structured follow-up of active projects and management of chase dates.
- Maintaining accurate sales and estimating pipeline data.
- Daily use of online industry platforms and internal systems to monitor projects, identify key contacts and track progression.
- Cross-referencing project notifications with sales and estimating pipeline.
- Maintaining pipeline dashboards and internal metrics.
- Providing regular reporting on pipeline movement and live opportunities.
- Supporting estimating coordination and communication where required.
- Supporting the Marketing Executive with company marketing initiatives.
- Assisting with email campaigns, brochure roll outs and promotional activities.
- Maintaining contractor and architect contact databases.
- Providing general day to day administration support across sales, marketing and estimating.
