You’ll support new and existing business opportunities for our Rockingham shared user site, onboard new customers, manage ongoing customer relations, and maximize BAU activities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate, timely financial reports and operational insights periodically.
* Lead contractual negotiations and serve as the lead commercial contact for renewals within approved guidelines.
* Present financial and commercial insights in customer meetings and reviews.
* Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making, including new business propositions and performance reporting.
* Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and align with overall company expectations set by the Financial Director.
* Build, lead, and develop the finance team for capability and succession planning.
* Monitor key performance indicators and ensure contractual commitments are met.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
This is a hybrid 6-month FTC role, with up to 3 days per week in Rockingham, Corby.
What will you bring to our team?

* Excellent business partnering skills, with a proactive, energetic, and committed approach.
* Inquisitive mindset, eager to challenge and collaborate to improve performance.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
* Self-starter attitude focused on success and continuous improvement.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a friendly, safety-first environment, benefits including pension, holidays, cycle scheme, discounts, onsite parking, and more.
