Change Manager – HRIS/SuccessFactors
I’m supporting an ambitious HR consultancy, who provide enterprise clients with expertise to deliver HR transformation. They are looking for a HR Change Manager, to join their team and work with a key client on a critical global SuccessFactors roll out. The role will need someone with a grounding in process management too, the ability to map as-is and to-be, will be important before the change management plan is created. This role will support the adoption of critical modules (Recruitment & On boarding and Time Management) across 4 territories (UK/Germany/Holland/USA) and so experience of delivering change across multiple regions, will be important. You’ll take lead on comms plans, be involved in creation of artefacts and be obsessed with adoption. Solid experience and understanding of ADKAR or Prosci models would be hugely advantageous. The role will require someone, on client site, in London 1 day a week. This will be fully expensed. Outside of that, the role will operate remotely. A salary of between £50-65,000 will be on offer, including some brilliant wider benefits.
