Vehicle Technician Needed For Prestige Main Dealer - Worcestershire
1. Salary: Competitive (based on experience) – OTE circa £45,000
2. Hours: 40 Hours per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime
We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a prestige main dealer in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable automotive group, offering excellent earning potential and career development opportunities.
Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
3. Perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
4. Carry out mechanical and electrical fault-finding using advanced diagnostic tools.
5. Complete routine maintenance, including brake replacements, oil changes, and suspension work.
6. Ensure all work is carried out efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
7. Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Accurately complete job cards and service reports.

The Successful Vehicle Technician will be:
15. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) – Essential.
16. Proven experience in a dealership or independent workshop.
17. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
18. Full UK driving licence.
19. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
