Lancaster University is initiating an ambitious programme to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This multi-year strategic initiative is reshaping the design, delivery, and management of undergraduate and postgraduate education to ensure a distinctive, inclusive, and future-ready offering. You will support the development and delivery of a complex, high‑impact digital and systems change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Role Overview
Information System Services (ISS) is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, confident, and driven Senior Business Analyst to take on a crucial role in this significant programme. This prominent position entails collaborating across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of the future CRM platform. This is a fixed-term role lasting until 31st July 2027.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse complex processes across academic and professional services.
* Gather and document requirements for the new CRM platform.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations for system design and delivery.
* Support implementation, testing and user training activities.
Requirements
* Experience working in a software development or CRM team utilising Salesforce.
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and meet deadlines.
* Confidence in challenging current practices to drive improvement.
Working Conditions
Based primarily at the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options available. Minimum two days per week in the office is expected.
