As an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.
Responsibilities
* Lead from the heart – train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future.

* Have your mind on the customer – be a friendly face to every customer you meet, always putting their needs first and planning ways to personalise and maximise the customer experience in store.
* Hands on operations – work with your Store Manager to manage the store P&L and key KPIs across the store, focusing on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, stock control).
* An eye for visuals – work with the Visual Team to execute brand visual standards and ensure your team does the same.
* Open eyes and ears – cultivate a platform for active listening with your team and sharing ideas with your wider store partners.
* Your feet on the ground – keep the store up to date, safe and compliant, manage product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts and H&S policies.
Qualifications
* Experience in fast‑paced retail management with a record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a team to deliver objectives that drive strong performance.
* Passion for retail – create a unique experience for each customer.
* Lead with purpose – engage and develop your team with shared enthusiasm for the brand.
* Build valued relationships with customers, team and wider business teams.
