Various positions are available as Clinical Teaching Fellows on a part-time (from 0.2 FTE) basis, with both fixed-term and permanent contracts available. These positions will be based at either Keele or Harper Adams University Campus.
The Clinical Teaching Fellows play a key role in delivering case-based learning, which is integrated throughout the foundation and transition phases of the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) programme. They work closely with other academic staff to contribute to educational design and development, facilitate tutorials to small groups of students, and support students in various subject areas.
Responsibilities
* Deliver case-based learning and facilitate tutorials to small groups of students
* Contribute to the educational design and development of teaching materials
* Support students in exploring the relevance and application of their studies
* Support student professional development within the course
Clinical Teaching Fellows must be a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) or be eligible for RCVS registration. Fractional contracts are available, tailored to accommodate flexible working patterns, including university term-time only or school term-time only contracts.
