Job Description:
London South Bank University (LSBU) is one of London's largest and oldest universities with 31,000 students and approximately 2,000 staff. Since 1892, the University has been providing vocationally-relevant, accredited, and professionally recognized education. The University manages a large estate portfolio across Central London, including over 20 buildings totaling 120,000m2, with significant recent investments and development plans.
Our mission is to offer industry-relevant degrees that prepare students for successful careers, fostering skills for life and meeting employer expectations. We aim to transform lives, communities, businesses, and society through applied education and insight, striving for equality of opportunity.
The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the Facilities Management (FM) outsourced providers' delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement across the LSBU estate.
