You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with autonomy. The work is high quality and varied, and will involve working with HNW and some elderly clients. Day to day responsibilities will include dealing with:
* Wills
* Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
* Trusts
* Probate
* Court of Protection
* Long term planning for care and IHT
There are genuine career development opportunities on offer and you will have the opportunity to quickly progress towards Head of Department within a short period of time. Team management skills will be important for this position as you will be expected to manage you own small team.
Ideally this role would suit a qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 4+ PQE, with experience in business development as the firm place great importance on maintaining existing clients and building new relationships with clients and growing the department further.
