Product Analyst
Circa £60k to £70k
Hybrid - working based mostly on site in Amersham but with some home working opportunity.

What you will be doing
Embedded within the Product Team and working closely with designers, engineers and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves.
Working alongside the Head of Product, UX designers and engineering leads, you will help translate product ideas, user needs and business opportunities into clearly defined product requirements that can be delivered by multidisciplinary development teams.
Your focus will be on helping teams understand problems, explore solutions and define the detailed behaviour of new features and improvements across the platform.

* Collaboration & Delivery -Work closely with the Head of Product to support their prioritisation and roadmap planning, and with UX designers, developers and QA to refine solutions before and during development.
* Continuous Improvement - Contribute to improving product and analysis practices within a small and growing team
What you will need to bring

* Solid experience as a Product or Business Analyst in a commercial environment
* Experience within a digital products or SaaS business structure - ideally consumer
* Experience of working alongside engineering teams
* Highly Numerate
* Analytical, can read and disseminate reports from multiple formats
* Strong documentation skills without overcomplicating things
* Excellent communication skills, ability to build constructive relationships
