The Opportunity
I’m working with a high-growth performance marketing agency looking to hire within their creative team – for a Copywriter and an Art Director to join their expanding creative department.
This is a brilliant opportunity for emerging creatives to work on innovative, performance-led B2C and B2B campaigns across Fintech, Ecommerce, Gaming, Saas, Mobile, B2B, Tech, Financial Services, Crypto, and Health brands.
The agency is known for delivering data-driven, creatively ambitious work, combining strong ideas with measurable results.
The Roles:
Junior Creative Copywriter
* Develop compelling, insight-led copy across digital campaigns
* Write for a variety of formats including social, paid media and brand campaigns
* Collaborate closely with an Art Director to bring ideas to life
* Contribute to campaign concepts, pitches and creative strategy
Junior Creative Art Director
* Lead on visual ideation and execution across campaigns
* Translate concepts into high-quality, engaging creative
* Work across digital channels including social and performance marketing
* Partner with a Copywriter to build strong, cohesive creative ideas
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate to develop integrated campaign ideas from concept to execution
* Create work across digital, social, paid media and performance channels
* Respond to briefs with innovative, insight-driven creative solutions
* Work closely with strategy, account and performance teams
* Contribute to pitches, brainstorming and campaign development
* Ensure creative output aligns with brand and performance objectives
Key Skills & Experience:
* A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution
* Understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising or social-first creative
* Strong idea generation and ability to turn insights into creative concepts
* Copywriting skills (Copywriter role) OR strong visual/design/art direction skills (Art Director role)
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Art Director)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for creative effectiveness and measurable impact
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
* A proactive, curious and ambitious mindset
