Our partner SEN school in Colchester is looking for a compassionate and resilient LSA / Behaviour Support to work across KS1 and KS2, supporting students with a range of needs particularly those facing behavioural challenges. This full-time position is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of children who require tailored behavioural and academic support.
