We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly professional and highly motivated person to join our Administration Team in order to provide excellent admin support to teachers, staff and parents/carers.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the SLT Admissions Lead and coordinate the entire admissions process from initial contact to enrolment for Years 7‑11.
* Manage in‑year and Year 7 appeals for our over‑subscribed school.
* Serve as the first point of contact communication with prospective families.
* Lead the daily administration of the school admin team, including staff management and ensuring confidentiality.
* Assist with planning and development of support services.
* Represent the Administration Team in meetings with the Headteacher and other team leaders as part of the Academy Leadership Team.
* Attend selected admissions‑related events outside of normal school hours (e.g., Open Evening, Year 7 New Parent/Carer Welcome Evening).
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: £28,283 £29,729 per annum, Pay Award pending.
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks.
Contract: Permanent.
