Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (up to 50 miles)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission

Responsibilities
* Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors
* All sales will be to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, buying groups, showrooms and housing associations
* Once up and running will be expected to turnover DISRA approximately £800k – £1m
* Average order values are approximately £5k – £10k
Qualifications
* Must have sales experience in the construction sector
* Experience within the fenestration, windows & doors sector is preferred, but open to other building products
* Ready to work in a branch aiming to transition into first field sales role, provided experience within the fenestration industry
* Driven, target‑focused and a team player
* Analytical thinker
