We manufacture timber build systems and precision components at our purpose-built factory - making construction faster, smarter, and more efficient. What's on offer: We're building our talent pipeline for future permanent roles (Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm) at our Alcester site. Start on £25,790, with your first pay uplift to £26,457 after 12 weeks if you're on track. Two further stages of wage progression up to £29,744 to recognise your continued growth and performance. Proven career progression: Many of our operational leaders started as operators and have advanced through roles such as Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Production Manager, and beyond.
