Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor, based in Essex. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients' mortgage requirements, providing tailored advice, and guiding them through the entire mortgage process. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, conducting financial assessments, managing applications, and ensuring all compliance standards are met. The role requires effective communication with clients, lenders, and relevant stakeholders to deliver a seamless and professional service.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Mortgage Marketing and overall understanding of the mortgage sector
* Expertise in Finance, and providing financial advice
* Experience and proficiency in Mortgages, including residential and buy-to-let
* CeMAP qualification is required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
* Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and changes
* Previous experience in financial services or as a mortgage advisor is highly beneficial
