Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The role involves comprehensive responsibility for team management, including supervising cleaning staff, managing rotas, and accurately handling attendance and sickness records, as well as supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members. It also includes operational oversight duties, such as ensuring cleaning standards remain consistently high, managing both planned and reactive cleaning tasks, and maintaining facilities that are safe, clean, and well‑kept at all times. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as the position requires working closely with management and staff, handling customer needs in a professional manner, and attending meetings while producing reports when required. In addition, the role carries important compliance and administrative responsibilities, including updating policies and procedures, adhering to all health and safety requirements, and maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
