Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef during service, ensuring the highest standards in dish preparation.
* Collaborate with the brigade across all meal services—breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
* Engage with the sous chef and head chef to develop improvements in dishes and service.
* Present dishes that exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality.
* Lead the brigade by upholding standards of excellence in all aspects of work.
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable.
* Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication with the team.
