About the Roles Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Drafting detailed event proposals and managing timelines to ensure smooth execution. Coordinating with venues, suppliers, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Facilitating staff coordination and communication to ensure seamless event operations. Assisting with the planning and execution of social events as needed. Supporting event management on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Maintaining accurate expenditure records and monitoring budgets to stay within financial limits. Providing assistance to external visitors, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing expense claims. Managing all aspects of event attendance, including logistics such as hotel accommodations, transportation, catering, and coordination with suppliers. Undertaking all administrative tasks related to conferences and events. About You: Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Open-minded and adept at handling repetitive administrative tasks with ease. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure smooth event operations. Thrives under pressure and can maintain composure in fast-paced environments. Capable of working independently to meet deadlines with precision and accuracy. Collaborative team player who can adapt flexibly to work with colleagues across various departments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
