Core Responsibilities Exemplary Instruction: Teaching Art and Design across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to lead A-Level Fine Art or Photography for suitably qualified candidates. Technical Mastery: Guiding students through a wide breadth of disciplines, including observational drawing, painting, 3D sculpture, and digital manipulation. Conceptual Development: Encouraging students to move beyond technical skill to develop deep conceptual themes, helping them research and respond to the work of historical and contemporary artists. Portfolio Management: Supporting students in the curation of high-quality portfolios that demonstrate a clear journey from initial sketches to finished outcomes. The Successful Candidate We are looking for a practitioner who is both a skilled artist and a passionate educator. Requirements include: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related creative discipline.
