CSCS Labourer – Swaffham
£15.95–£16.25 per hour | Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 | Temporary Role
We’re looking for a reliable CSCS Labourer to join our client’s busy construction site in Swaffham. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous site experience who’s looking to get started quickly and work on a well-run, supportive project.
What’s on Offer
Competitive pay: £15.95 per hour (standard labouring duties) rising to £16.25 per hour for those with additional experience or responsibilities
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
Weekly pay through Select Recruitment
Ongoing temporary work with the potential for extended placements
Work with a reputable contractor on a well-organised site
Your Role
You’ll be supporting the site team with a variety of general labouring duties, including:
Keeping the site clean and tidy
Assisting tradespeople where required
Moving materials and equipment safely
Following health and safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Need
A valid CSCS card
Previous site experience
Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
A positive attitude and good work ethic
