Responsibilities:
* Develop an understanding of how different areas integrate within the Products sub-function and contribute to the overall Citi business.
* Evaluate complex issues with potential impact, considering various alternatives and balancing conflicting situations using multiple information sources.
* Consult with end users to define and align processes with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and Data Risk and Control framework.
* Use analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic information from multiple sources.
* Execute Data Lineage activities, including collecting interface and database details, and maintaining data for reuse and visualization.
* Provide technical expertise for the design, development, and implementation of complex projects.
* Review and evaluate the work of others.
* Monitor and report on governance metrics, including Data Governance adoption and maturity.
* Ensure process alignment across business units with Enterprise Data Governance policies and standards.
* Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide policies, standards, and procedures.
Qualifications / Skills:
* Ideally 5-8 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or a related field.
* Strong project management and business analysis skills.
* Experience with large-scale Data Lineage programs.
* Focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
