Join Headstar as a Transactional Finance Manager based in Warrington, United Kingdom. This is a role for someone with strong AP, AR, cash flow experience, confidence taking full ownership, and a solid understanding of SAP.
Reporting into Treasury in the US, this role offers autonomy and requires a proactive approach to cash management and process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching, and keeping a small transactional finance team running smoothly.
* Using SAP daily to manage AP, AR, and cash forecasting.
* Ensuring invoices are paid appropriately and chasing outstanding payments.
* Owning the cash forecasting process.
* Identifying and fixing process issues without unnecessary disruption.
* Building relationships with procurement, operations, and commercial teams.
* Reporting on KPIs, cash flow, and related metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience leading a small finance team.
* Fluent in SAP with strong navigation skills.
* Proficiency in AP, AR, and cash forecasting.
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings where product flows and supply chains matter.
* Ability to explain payment runs clearly and timely.
