Job Summary\nOur Client is a successful Mechanical & Electrical Contractor working in a busy Construction Industry. They are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join their team. The location is Newcastle City Centre.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, providing essential administrative support, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

This role is crucial in facilitating communication within the organisation and ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.\nDuties\n * Manage daily office operations, including clerical duties and administrative tasks.\n * Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.\n * Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy..\n * Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.\n * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.\n * Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.\nSkills\n * Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organisational abilities.\n * Competent in using computerised systems\n * Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.\n * Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\n * Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication.\n * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.\nWe invite candidates who are enthusiastic about contributing to our dynamic team to apply for this exciting opportunity.\n£25,500 per annum\nMonday - Friday 9-5pm\nStart date to be arranged accordingly.\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
