About the Role We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to support a busy and successful Real Estate team within a leading law firm. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the team, providing first-class organisational, secretarial, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive PA support to fee earners within the Real Estate team. Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel where required. Produce, amend, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring a professional client experience. Assist with billing processes, time recording, and expense management. Maintain client files and case management systems, ensuring compliance with firm policies. Coordinate team administration, including meeting packs, presentations, and filing. Build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Real Estate or a related practice area. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong document management and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems. Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
