This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable individual to lead site-based groundwork operations on a busy and well-organised project. Responsibilities: * Supervise all groundworks activities, including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and external works. * Manage and coordinate site teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained. * Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as a Groundworker on residential or civil projects. * Strong knowledge of groundwork techniques and sequencing. * SSSTS or SMSTS. * Valid CSCS card (gold or above preferred). * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read technical drawings and manage a team effectively.
