Care Assistant - Tea Time Visits (3pm-6pm or 4pm-7pm)

As the leading Home Care provider, we take pride in our work – and we’re looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help us set the standard. We are specifically looking for someone who may be able to work a few afternoons per week between 3pm – 6pm or 4pm – 7pm, supporting our lovely clients with making their tea and taking medication. We can be flexible on the days you can work.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
* Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
* Support with medication
* Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
* Full induction and ongoing expert training
* Uniform and PPE provided
* Regular support and ongoing career development

Requirements
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous care experience not a necessity as full training will be provided
* Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
