Summary of position:
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with high attention to detail and superb organizational skills? Héroux-Devtek is looking for an enthusiastic professional to support their busy Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at their head office in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Role responsibilities:
* Monitoring and maintaining the AP Email Inbox
* Data entry into Infor LN Computer System
* Matching and coding invoices
* Reconciling statements
* Requesting copy invoices via telephone or email
* Maintaining data on Excel spreadsheets
* Processing Debit Notes for supplier returns
* Monitoring and maintaining the GRNI Ledger
* Producing BACS runs and manual payments
* Supporting colleagues with tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a busy accounts department maintaining a purchase ledger
* High numeracy and attention to detail
* Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel
* Methodical, self-starter, accurate, and timely data entry skills
* Strong professional communication skills
* Good organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential
